FOR THE DAY:

“Behind-The-Scene & Private Showing Tours”
- $10.00 Per Person of our
25 year Haunted Hydro building that is built in a historic 1911
Hydro Electric Power Plant that was used by the city of Fremont
from 1911 – 1943. It is an amazing structure to see, bring
your cameras and be prepared to be EXCITED… The Hydro has
also been investigated by numerous Paranormal Investigative Teams
and is said to have unexplained activity as well… We will
also show you around the park including our 2nd attraction which
is an outdoor walkthrough that is currently under construction
as well as our Courtyard area and our makeup and costume trailers
as well.

Haunt Owner/Operator/Wannabe Coaching Seminar -
*$75.00 per person (Includes hand-outs and BONUS: Behind-The-Scenes
Tour and Night Scare Ticket) (Class size is limited to 25 people)
Class is open to both veteran haunters and new haunters getting
into the business. Your fee includes the BEST HONEST ADVISE from
an OWNER to other OWNERS you could ever possibly receive! Class
includes 4 full hours of how the Haunted Hydro has succeeded in
continuous commercial operations for 25 years under the same ownership!
Subjects covered will include all phases of commercial operational
issues and how to prepare for a truly successful Haunt Operational
Event. This class will be taught by Crazy Bob Turner – 25
year Owner/Operator of the Hydro, Developer of Hauntertainer University,
International Talent Scout for 5 seasons for Hollywood Horrors
Event in Australia plus 4-time Australian and New Zealand actor
and House Manager himself, Past president of the Int’l Haunted
Attraction Association, Transworld Halloween Show, Midwest Haunters
and National Haunters Convention Speaker, Event Coordinator and
Host, Past Editor of the Halloween Section of Tourist Attraction

Hydro High HAUNTERTAINERS but we also feature many High-Energy
and High-Profile visiting Guest Actors from a variety of Haunted
Houses joining us to play at the Hydro and with you as well…!
CRAZY BOB will be greeting each and everyone who goes through
the house tonight and as he always says… “Expect the
unexpected and NEVER, EVER come ALONE….”!
