Frequently Asked Questions

Fees / Cost: No charge except for basic needs and campground fees. This is a free event. We ask everyone to contribute to food, and assist where needed. (ex: set up, tear down, cooking, dishes etc.) If You are not camping, there is a $3.50 entrance fee.

Children: Yes, Bring your whole family! Being a family event, the majority of the demos are geared for adults and young adults. But plenty of activities are offered for children. See “Events” / Kids Korner for more information.

Pets: YEP, but must follow campground rules.

What do I need to bring: Camp gear, Show n Tell items, pictures – DVD- Video etc. Food: See “Vittles, Grub & Grog” For detailed food list. Haunted House decorations & costumes. Can Goods – for the Food Drive

Can I sell my props or Halloween related products: Sure as long as you are responsible for all transactions.

What will the weather be like: Hot, Cold, Rainy, Sunny! It's Michigan <EG> No matter what the weather, we will run RAIN or SHINE!!

Do you need a Head Count: YOU BETCHA!!

What is Pot Luck: or also known as "pass a dish", we try to eat most of our meals together. To cut expenses, we ask that you contribute to these meals. Feel free to contact me on what you would like to bring!

What types of sites does the Campground have: - Camp Store, Modern Restrooms, 30 amp Electric/Water, Hot Showers, Pull-Thru Sites, 50 amp Electric/Water/Sewer, R.V. spaces with pull-thru sites, electric, water and sewer hookups. Wooded tenting area.
